Please be reminded that there is NO such thing as NON-APPEARANCE for LTOPF and Firearm Registration Application. Chief, FEO will revoke the licenses of individuals if proven that they did not undergo the procedures on securing LTOPF and Firearm Registration Certificates.
If you happen to secure your LTOPF and Firearm Registration Certificates/Cards even without undergoing Drug and Neuro Examination, then such license is FAKE and this may be a ground for your PERPETUAL DISQUALIFICATION!
