Yesterday was a successful training on FoodSHAP® Basic Food Safety course, various participants such as restaurant manager, kitchen helpers, hotel staff, dietician and AFP officials joined the training.
This in-house training is held at the AFP Commissioned Officers Club, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City. We are calling for more participants, we will also be conducting the Modules 2-HACCP and Module 3-FSCO this November 2019.
