Despite the bad weather forecast yesterday, we still managed to accomplish the first day training on FoodSHAP® Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Principles and Practice. We will still continue and finish the training on December 10. Special thanks to the officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines-Camp Aguinaldo for continuously supporting our advocacy towards Food Safety.
