In the interest of the service, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) herewith provides, for information and guidance of all concerned stakeholders, Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials (video tutorial) on the step-by-step procedure to be undertaken when applying for a License to Operate (LTO) as Household/Urban Hazardous Substances (HUHS) establishment covered under Administrative Order No. 2019-0019 and FDA Circular No. 2020-025.
Likewise, a collated Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) relative to the licensing of HUHS establishments shall be provided afterwards to serve as reference of all concerned stakeholders.
