The Environmental Management Bureau – National Capital Region (EMB NCR) located at the National Ecology Centre Compound, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City will be closed on October 28 & 29, 2020 for disinfection of the office and its premises for the safety and health consideration of its employees and clients.
