The Bureau of Customs (BOC) Customer Care Portal System is experiencing system slowdown at the moment.
For the online filing of the Goods Declaration at the Manila International Container Port (MICP) and Port of Manila (POM), stakeholders are advised to proceed to the BOC Online Filing Portal at http://portal.customs.gov.ph/ in which stakeholders may resubmit their pending entries.
Please be informed that the new system only caters to online filing of Goods Declaration.
