To all Explosives Management Division Stakeholders,
Per Director, CSG approved Memo July 9, 2020 under the supervision of PBGEN ROMMIL M MITRA, Chief, FEO, the following are the guidelines to be followed with regard to the submission of applications for Explosive, Explosive Ingredients, Controlled Chemicals, Firecrackers and Pyrotechnic Devices licenses and permits in line with the pronouncement of PRRD on the extension of General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and placing of municipalities and cities under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).
