Applications for Certification for non-controlled chemicals and Exemptions for products/chemical mixtures containing controlled chemicals will now be accepted and processed online.
Starting 1 July 2020, applications will have to filed using the Online Application for Certification and Exemption Information System (OACEIS) which can be accessed through https://oaceis.ddb.gov.ph
