IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT : Per directive of the Chief, PNP, POLICE GENERAL ARCHIE FRANCISCO GAMBOA, firearms and explosives related transactions will RESUME on June 4, 2020 at the following offices:
– Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO)
-One-Stop-Shop (OSS); and
-Regional Civil Security Units (RCSUs).
Those who will transact at the One-Stop-Shop for new application of License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) kindly make sure that you’ve already created your online account at www.feo-system.com
Further, please note of the following schedule of One-Stop-Shop for the application of New and Renewal of LTOPF and firearm registration (See attached photo)
Those who will transact at the Firearms and Explosives Office, receiving of application and releasing of approved application will be conducted at the designated area for FLD, EEMD, EMD in the FEO Lobby,
To observe social distancing, FEO will only allow limited number of individuals at the FEO Lobby.
